It is difficult to achieve, yet these tips & exercises will help you understand where this stability is coming from, and how to nurture it. We will add precision to stability, as they work together.

Paradas and Pasadas are much trickier than they first seem. Actually many dancers recognise that this perfect pivot in axis, followed by perfect control and stability is their Achilles’ tendon. Learn the secrets behind in axis pivots followed by a sudden 'stop', and see how to decorate at the Paradas (and Pasadas).
