09/09 DO YOU HAVE CADENCIA? (part I). Having great rhythm, a fabulous musicality, being in tune with your partner and the song... All these can define cadencia. Cadencia in tango is without doubt what makes a great dancer and you can spot these on the floor straight away: rather than complex sequences that rarely fit the music, they prefer playful movement in complete sync with the music - something that will bring a big smile on their partner, every time.
