- EACH LESSON CONSISTS OF TWO PARTS AND COVERS ALL LEVELS: the first half is a simple introduction of the concept for recent beginners & “improvers”, whilst the second half is more challenging, for intermediates and advanced dancers. The Workout videos are one part only (solo dancers, 45 min) whilst the Solo technique videos have two parts, one focusing on Leaders and one on Followers (solo dancers, 90 min).
