  • EACH LESSON CONSISTS OF TWO PARTS AND COVERS ALL LEVELS: the first half is a simple introduction of the concept for recent beginners & “improvers”, whilst the second half is more challenging, for intermediates and advanced dancers. The Workout videos are one part only (solo dancers, 45 min) whilst the Solo technique videos have two parts, one focusing on Leaders and one on Followers (solo dancers, 90 min).
  • All online classes can be taken independently from one another.
  • You can study on your own or with a partner.

  • 28/08 Learn the secrets of stability & precision in tango. Stability in tango is often what makes the difference between a great and satisfying dance and one that doesn't feel right. It is difficult to achieve, yet these tips & exercises will help you understand where this stability is coming from, and how to nurture it. We will add precision to stability, as they work together.

  • Bored of your sofa? Missing sweat? Worried about not getting enough exercise during the day? OUR TANGO WORKOUT for solo dancers might be the cure! 45 min of fun and fast drills.

    What it is: no technique, just a very intense session based on tango & milonga movements designed to make you feel in tip top shape. Love sweat again! And the benefit: you will work on your tango speed, so this will help you with the quickest of tangos and milongas! :)

Cadencia in tango is without doubt what makes a great dancer and you can spot these on the floor straight away: rather than complex sequences that rarely fit the music, they prefer playful movement in complete sync with the music - something that will bring a big smile on their partner, every time. Part I of II (last of series on Sunday), but can both lessons can be taken independently.
