These guys from Brazil are real fun! Learn tango with a different style, playful, connected and warm with maestros coming for the first time in the UK.  They will give a special masterclass after the Beginner and Improver classes. They will also perform in a completely new SHOW that will put a big smile on your face!
Plus we welcome back one of our favourite musicalizador and TDJ, Daniel Pereyra (Uruguay) who will be focusing on Golden Age tango with only the most danceable music – and of course your free drinks to keep you hydrated.

ABOUT Olivia Teixeira and Fernando Lima

Olivia and Fernando are Brazilian tango teachers and artists, with a thirty-year career that claims several esteemed titles and awards. They currently live, teach and perform in Buenos Aires. They are founders of the EsTudo Tango method, based on the tripod of musicality, Physics’ vectors and Laban’s movement factors.

They are also producers of the EsTudo Tango International Congress in Buenos Aires and co-authors of the book “Themes of Argentine Tango – Argentina and Brazil.” You can find many of their acclaimed courses online under the names “Estudo Tango.” Olivia and Fernando have taught in over 40 cities throughout Brazil, Argentina, US and are making their debut in Europe this year.
They currently teach regularly every Sunday at the Tango Temple, the historic Marabú, where the emblematic orchestras of Aníbal Troilo and Rodolfo Biagi debuted, in 1937 and 1938, respectively.

ABOUT Daniel Pereyra

Originally from Uruguay, Daniel has extensively DJed for LA VIRUTA de Luis Solanas in Buenos Aires, in the most established milongas & festivals of Buenos Aires and abroad, including the Mundial (Worldwide Tango Championships in B.A.) and the oldest Festival worldwide: Viva El Tango (32th edition in 2019). He also represented officially Uruguay for the festivities of the 100th anniversary of La Cumparsita; and has been on tour for the last 6 years – visiting and DJing in nearly 100 cities.

Recognized as one of the most important world musicalizadores, he received the title of Artist, for his work of musicalizador from the government of Uruguay – first to be honored with this title. He is also professor of musicalizacion, musicality, culture and history of Tango. He taught DJing and culture and history of Tango in the universitad del Tango de Buenos-Aires.
