We like to publish our favourite tandas on our blog, to get you inspired wherever you are. Expect some humming or little twitches from your foot – better not fight it.

Today is a tango tanda by Aníbal Troilo. Troilo was an Argentine bandoneon player, composer, arranger and bandleader, born in 1914. His orchestra was very popular with dancers during the golden age of tango, although he changed to a concert sound by the late 1950s.

Troilo’s orchestra is best known for its rhythmic instrumentals, which together with his recordings with vocalist Francisco Fiorentino can still be heard in all milongas around the world.
