Both sides are equally important however and serve a different purpose, carrying different messages In this class, we focused on the closed side of the embrace and a really nice giro to the leader's right side.

Dimension: The embrace - Theme: open and close embrace.
In this class, we saw how to build a comfortable embrace and how to transition from an open to a close embrace. We then applied this concept to the sandwich, the fun mordidas and the cross, a step which is often used to smoothly move from close to open embrace.

For the last class of the year, we just wanted to have fun, so we decided to go over some of the steps we really like. Funny enough, you'll see that a few of them involve the follower going forward for a change!
