One of the best ways to improve your dancing is to know tango music better. Today's tanda is by De Angelis - atmospheric and moody.
Dimension: Immersion - Theme: El Turco Jose
In this class, we had a closer look at El Turco Jose and his amazing "invention", the entry to the ocho. This is a beautiful step to start ochos forward and giros - versatile and musical.
Dimension: Immersion - Theme: El Negro Portalea
In this class, we had a closer look at El Negro Portalea and his beautiful, smooth dancing style. His nickname could definitely have been the king of cadencia. We particularly liked how he mixes back crosses and back ochos.
Dimension: Immersion - Theme: Pupi Castillo
In this class, we saw a couple of steps inspired by Pupi Castillo, including a sacada with amazing footwork for the leader.
